Happy New Year! 2019 is finally here. And what happens every New Year? People start making lofty resolutions and swear they’ll make massive changes in their lives. But what usually happens? People find it difficult to stick to their resolutions. Do you fall into that group? So what do you do about resolutions? Do you make them? Do you not make them? Do you ditch them?
